Easy Salmon Recipe

Full flavored dish,the juiciest and very easy to prepare.

Salmon has rich source of beneficial omega-3 fish oil: good for hormonal health, skin, the immune system, bones and teeth.

Serves 4


4 fresh salmon steaks, well rinsed

1 cup soy sauce

1 cup pure maple syrup

1 clove garlic

1 tablespoon fresh ginger

½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil


Wash very well the fish and pat dry. Mix the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and maple syrup in a blender. Spread the soy mixture over the fish evenly in a baking dish.

Marinate the fish in the refrigerator as long as you wants. Ideal is over night, but he can stay for 30 minutes -1 hour as well.

Preheat the oven to 450F.

Bake the fish for about 18 minutes, or until fish is cooked.

Serve with soy beans and sweet potato.

Note: Also you can use salmon fillets for this recipe.
