1pound baby carrots, whole
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoons ground ginger
Steam the carrots until they are tender.
In a sauce pan melt the butter and add brown sugar, ginger and stir to blend.
Place in a bowl the carrots and the sauce and stir.
Serve hot or like a side dish.
