Chicken with Chili Sauce

The soft chicken with the sweet sauce make a delicious dinner.

Can be served with Australian carrots .

Serve 4


12 oz chili sauce

12 oz water

2 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 lb chicken breast




Prepare a nonstick pan on medium heat. Add oil. Dip chicken in milk, coat in flour and fry both sides until is golden brown.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Place the chicken in a ovenproof baking dish with cover.

Combine chili sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and water. Stir well. Pour over chicken, cover.

Bake for about 1 hour or until done.

Serve with rice or Australian carrots.
