How to kill a Lobster?
Place the lobster in the freezer for 2 hours. Bring a large pan of salted water to a boil and plunge the lobster,head first and upside down, into the water.
Boil for 2 minutes , drain and allow to cool.
Flatten the lobster on a work surface, holding the tail where it joins the body.
Press the tip of a large chef’s knife through the head to the cutting board, then bring the blade down to finish the cut.
