Healthy Liver

Keep your liver healthy with just one drink.

Serves 2


1 cucumber

1 cup parsley

2 carrots

6 stalks celery

½ lime


Wash very well the cucumber, carrots, parsley and celery.

Juice the cucumber and carrots. Juice the parsley with the celery.

Place the juice in two cups, squeeze the lime into the juice and stir gently.
