Blueberries and Pineapple Muesli is a mixture of uncooked rolled oats that have been moistened with apple juice, yogurt, milk and honey.
1 cup quick rolled oats
8 oz crushed pineapple in juice
½ cup apple juice
½ cup blueberries
8 oz container vanilla flavored yogurt
Combine the oats, apple juice and crushed pineapple with its juice. Cover and refrigerate the muesli several hours or overnight.
Stir the blueberries and yogurt into the muesli. Serve with milk and honey, if desired.
