1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup milk
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
powder sugar or nutmeg
toppings : sauteed apple slices
Heat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Grease the bottom and the side of a oven safe pan with the butter.
Beat the eggs in a medium size bowl with an electric mixer, until they are fluffy. Beat in the flour, milk and salt.
Pour in to the greased pan the better and bake until pancake puffs and is golden brown, 15 20 minutes.
Remove , sprinkle with powder sugar or nutmeg.
Fill with sauteed apple slices and serve immediately.
