Organic Apple Saute

Organic apple saute could be a good dessert or the perfect breakfast.

Serves 2


2 Fuji apples, cut into big cubes

1 tablespoon apple butter

1 tablespoon organic apple juice or cider

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon


Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

Add apples; cook until apples begin to brown, about 4 minutes, tossing occasionally.

Stir in apple butter, apple juice and cinnamon. Cook until the apples are tender about 10 minutes.

Serve with yogurt or with Dutch Baby.
