Beef Brisket

Beef brisket is one of the least tender cuts of beef, but it can be made very easy, moist and full of flavor.

Serve 4-6


1 beef brisket, cut in 4 pieces

2 tablespoons coriander

3 tablespoons Kosher salt

4-5 bay leaves

chili flakes

1 tablespoon whole black pepper

1 tablespoon mustard seeds


Place beef brisket in a large pot with a lid. Sprinkle brisket with all the ingredients and cover the beef with water .

Cover the pot and bring it to a boil. Then reduce the heat to simmer for 3- 3 ½ hours.

Serve with smashed potatoes .
