Brown Rice Puree

The taste is naturally sweet and offers a more nutrient-rich puree than the ready-made baby rice alternative.

6 oz organic brown rice

900 ml water



Simmer the rice gently with no added salt, in the water, until very soft, about 40 minutes.

Puree finely to a creamy consistency.

Serve with V is for Vegetable .
