Homemade Almond Milk, Scrambled Eggs, Avocado Breakfast

First meal taken in the morning after sleep is the most important meal of the day. Having a healthy breakfast helps with other health issues.

Try this wonderful and healthy breakfast scrambled eggs,sprouted multi-grain toast, avocado and homemade almond milk.

Homemade Almond Milk


4 cups water

1 cup raw almonds soaked for 12 hours

2 tablespoons organic blue agave

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoons coconut oil

¼ teaspoons fresh ground cinnamon


Blend the almonds, agave, vanilla and coconut oil in a blender for 2 minutes.

Strain through a cheesecloth.

Serve with fresh ground cinnamon on top.

Store in a refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Scrambled Eggs with Homemade Almond Milk


2 eggs

2 tablespoons almond milk

¼ teaspoons butter

pinch sea salt


Mix well all ingredients together, place the beaten eggs into a greased hot pan and stirred frequently.

When the eggs are almost cooked take them off the heat.

Your eggs are done after there is no liquid of any kind left in the skillet.
