A Little Mouse for Breakfast


There is nothing better than waking up to a lovely smiley face of your child. Start your morning with a healthy breakfast that the kids will love.



1 egg, hard boiled

3 peppercorns

1 small tomato or radish, sliced

fresh parsley

1 slice swiss cheese

1 slice of whole wheat bread



Place the egg on a slice of whole wheat bread. Use the peppercorns “eyes” and “nose” and the tomato or radish “ears”. Then make small slits in the egg for the eyes and ears and push in the peppercorns and tomato or radish. Add parsley tail and whiskers.

Serve the little mouse with a wedge of swiss cheese for a playful breakfast.
