Healthy Breakfast


Oat Bran is deliciously smooth, high fiber cereal milled from high protein oats.

Three grams of soluble fiber from oatmeal daily in a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol may reduce the risk of heart disease.

Try this healthy breakfast. 

Serves 1


1/3 cup oat bran

1 cup hot water

1/3 cup berries

1/3 cup walnuts

¼ teaspoons cinnamon

1 tablespoon honey


To make a delightful breakfast cereal, stir the oat bran into hot water over medium heat and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and let stand for 2 more minutes. Mix with berries, walnuts, cinnamon and honey.

Tastes great served with milk.
