Parfait for President

“President’s Day”

Let’s honor Washington and Lincoln and all who have served as president, with a patriotic parfait.

Make sure your kids are around.

Serve 2

Ingredients

2 cups strawberry Jello

2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt

blackberries

Directions

Spoon 1/2 cup Jello into each glass. Then spoon in 1/2 cup yogurt over Jello and smooth tops. Slowly spoon 1/2 cup Jello over yogurt in each cup.Top with final layer of yogurt, blackberries and serve.
