Homemade Almond Milk


Almonds are among the healthiest nuts in the world.

Organic Almond Milk is a healthy alternative for anyone looking to avoid lactose or the hormones that may be found in cow’s milk, or just looking for a different and tasty addition to their regular meal plan.


4 cups water

1 cup raw almonds soaked for 12 hours

2 tablespoons organic blue agave or honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon coconut oil

¼ teaspoon fresh ground cinnamon


Blend the almonds, agave or honey, vanilla and coconut oil in a blender for 2 minutes.

Strain through a cheesecloth.

Serve with fresh ground cinnamon on top.

Store in a refrigerator for up to 3 days.
