Just mix together smoked salmon, romain salad, radish, cucumber and pumpkin seeds to make a wonderful organic salad for lunch.
1 romaine lettuce, chopped
4 oz smoked salmon
3 radishes, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
juice from 1 small lemon,
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
In a big bowl mix all the organic ingredients and serve a healthy lunch.
