Simple Crepes


Dress up crepes with your favorite berries for a perfect breakfast fruit dish. DELISH!! Any fruit you choose can be used. Heavenly! 

Serves 10 crepes


1 cup traditional crepe mix

2 eggs

1 cup milk

2 tablespoon butter

zest of ½ lemon


assortment of fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries,etc)


Preheat skillet and lightly coat with butter.

In a mixing bowl whisk together eggs with milk, add a little butter, traditional crepe mix and lemon zest. Stir well to combine all ingredients. Pour ¼ cup batter on skillet. Cook approximately 1 minute on each side.

Lay a crepe on a dessert plate, spread the Nutella evenly on one side of the crepe. Fold the crepe in half and in a half again. Spread Nutella again evenly and top with fresh berries.

Serve warm.
