4 Tablespoons organic chia seeds

1 cup organic coconut milk

½ Tablespoon organic honey 

Toppings: fresh organic  kiwi and organic blueberries jelly


          In a medium bowl, whisk to combine chia seeds, milk and honey.

          Cover and refrigerate until thick, 2 hours up to overnight. 

          Serve with fresh kiwi and blueberries jelly.
