30oz Northern cooked Beans
3 garlic cloves minced
4 tablespoons good olive oil
salt, pepper to taste
In a sauce pan boil the beans for 10 minutes.
Drain and place them in a blender or food processor . Add minced garlic, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of oil. Blend for few second and add another 2 tablespoons of oil and blend for another seconds.
Place them on a bowl and you can serve with crackers, pita or bread.
