Shop Organic Ingredients

1 ½ cups uncooked organic elbow macaroni ,

2 tablespoons organic butter

1 tablespoon organic all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cup organic milk

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

2 cups shredded parmesan cheese


Cook the macaroni to al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and add to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Blend in the butter , milk , the flour and salt. Cook for 2 minutes. Cook over medium-low heat for a few minutes until the mixture is just barely thickened. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese, stirring just until melted.
