Let’s celebrate the world of sweet breads with some soft, fluffy brioche, twisted into adorable little nests and decorated with a sweet glaze and sprinkles. In this class you’ll learn all about the basics of bread making, including everything you ever wanted to know about yeast, flour, kneading and proofing all kinds of dough. We’ll create one of our favorite types of bread – buttery brioche – from scratch, and while the dough rises, we’ll show you how easy it is to shape our fancy twists, babka and cinnamon buns – no special equipment necessary. Whether you’re a novice bread maker, or a seasoned baker adding something new to your repertoire, we guarantee you’ll learn a lot in this class (and your kitchen will smell amazing when you bake them up!)
